Lawrence E. Heiges

Larry has been recently appointed West coast Regional Director for Empire.  Prior to joining Empire, Larry spent 30 years in investment banking and financial consulting, working with Lehman Brothers, Robertson Stephens, Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, ING Barrings and most recently his own firm Bay Vista Capital.  Larry has worked on hundreds of IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, strategic activity and valuations.  From 1988 to 1998 he ran the healthcare investment banking business for Dean Witter and from 1998 to 2001 ran the west coast healthcare operations of ING Barrings.  His clients included United Healthcare, Pacificare,Wellpoint, Healthnet, Columbia Hospitals.  From 2001 to 2009 he had his own emerging growth consulting company, Bay Vista Capital.

Larry holds a BA in Political Economy from Williams and and MBA from Harvard University.  In his spare time he is a spinning instructor and coaches high school freshman football.
