Prior to CBIZ, Mr. Rogers was an investment banker at New York-based Dean Witter Reynolds, Philadelphia-based Butcher & Singer, and at his own firm, Rogers Financial Group. He engineered dozens of IPOS, advised on mergers and acquisitions and consulted for companies, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar funds.
