Daniel has more than 15 years of valuation experience and is an expert on valuation issues related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (“ESOPs”). He has been engaged by various ESOP trustees to work on transactions ranging from $1 million to $200 million in enterprise value.
In addition, he works with companies looking at the feasibility of an ESOP and how they can source bank debt.
